We spotted two lionesses on the prowl, then a male kudu comes into their site.  Not a good move for the kudu. The kill was in the thick bush, but you can see in image #3 the classic suffocation hold being applied.  It took a few minutes for the animal to die, then the lions dragged it into the open to eat.
