This is called Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area. It is not a full national park, but it is administered by the National Park Service, and I used my annual NP pass to get in - so thats close enough. This is not far from Las Vegas, but in my view, it is many times more scenic than the man made Vegas scenery.
